We have always offered comprehensive service options, but now support, servicing, repair and training are available in a way that is easier to understand. The four-tier Partnership Support Agreements portfolio means there's a level of support right for any clinic, hospital or home patient.
All of our acute and chronic machines are covered, as well as our water plant equipment. There is also the addition of valuable extra features such as enhanced telephone support, operational software enhancements and spare parts.
